today i was drivin home when this old lady in a camaro was drivin slow so i passed her and in my mirror i saw this kid in a 90' something chevy with a 350 tryin to pass me so i just punched it needless to say he never passed me. Later on he flagged me down and said that he's never been beat by a diesel before and wanted to race from a dead stop after i smoked him again i slowed down to talk but he didnt act like he wanted to he kept goin by with his window up pretty funny if u ask me!!!!

amen...... some lil punk in san angelo tried to race me with his civic...... that was a hoot and a half..... i stoped and talked to him and was dint know what a cummins was................... the reason he asked is because i have a huge sticker that says cummins got torque? These city kids are soo freakin dumb these days.........

 

I guess thats the problem with owning a manual. My throw is too long, so people typically get a faster start than me. I just can't shift that fast.

 

that hasnt been a problem for me. . .3rd gear, bump up the RPM's and build a little boost. usualy when I yank the stick back to 4th the other guy usualy gets the idea

I cannot do boosted launches like I used to. . .clutch is rather upset with me.

Yea, I was pretty easy on the 13 inch south bend, now I figure I've got plenty of extra room so it is open season on the dual disk once I get those studs and turbo off my floor and broken in a little.
