Default Idle too low

96 Ram 3500 TD. My truck is idling at too low RPMs and sometimes it stalls on me. Can anybody tell me how to adjust the idle and what are supposed to be the right Idle RPMs?
Thanks.

Idle is usually set between 600-700rpm. Just crank up the idle stop to where you want it to idle. Its real easy.
