My '02 1500 had the same issue. Added some 134 but didn't help. Never did get it fixed, but the Yeti's works great so oh well on the '02.

 

Get used to it. Dodge's have the worst AC out of anyone anywhere. I've had mine in the shop 4 times for it, got it recalibrated, got the blend door fixed, got it recharged, still doesn't work worth a crap. Better off to roll the windows down and stick your head out[:'(]
