For an '04........
Your looking at a max around 45 psi before things can start getting ugly.
Not necessarilly just with the turbo, but alsowith your head gasket.
The stock head gasket and head studs won't take much more than that.
On mine, I have mine set to defuel at 40 psi. My alarm starts going off at 38.
