Ok dudes, yes I picked my truck up. Waaa Hoooo ! is all I can say. The truck is ungodly fast, purrs like a kitten and Sharx... I'm sorry but, it still looks good too :&gt It's had been so long since I'd seen it I forgot myself what it looked like. I've been through so much with it in it's short life it didn't seem like a new truck anymore. At only 7500 miles though... yeah, it's still new.

So, I picked it up and drove down to Scheids event ( about 100 miles away ) and got a hotel for the night. I'm telling this because there was really no time or opportunity to do any fine tuning to the engine. The next morning I was third on the dyno. Unfortunately the speed limiter prevented the truck from putting down the real numbers it can but this is what it did....

591hp 1173tq corrected

Without the limiter I'll be well into the 600hp range. Apparently the bully dog is the only box out there that can eliminate the limiter so, tomorrow I'll have to buy one.

By the time the Commerce event is here ( 2 weeks ) I'm hoping to have it tuned a bit better for the dyno/track runs there. The nice thing about the Commerce event is the dyno is free !! It was $75 a run at the Scheid event !

back home where it belongs :-)

that's the hyperdrive flux capacitor no, it's a two piece manifold and that's where it connects together. The turbo is a HTT 64/14. I won't mind watching some videos of it myself. Ya get a whole other prespective.

So I don't stick my foot in my mouth with hp or times at the track..... I am hoping for some nice numbers but, a lot of what's done to my truck it is for longevity, stoutness and then performance. coated pistons, heavy duty valve springs, 14mm studs, oversized valve seats, fireringed, billet cam all make for a stronger engine but still may not equate to fast times. I'm still not sure if I can keep the EGT's in check... will see :-)
