man that sucks. I remember when taking my real estate exam I crammed for 4 days before the test. I was lucky enough to have practice tests that I took over & over until I was getting 85% or better on all of them. I had 3 hours to take the test, did it in 1 hr 15 min. took a few minutes to go back over 4 ~5 problems I wasnt 100% sure on and ended up changing the answers on some of them. Unfortunately they never tell you what your score was [:@].

I am considering another tool for the toolbox (so to speak) in the form of taking classes to get an AS degree in Building Inspection Technology... went thru 3 of th 4 classes so far this week and still have 1 left. have you gone thru any of this (or has anyone gone thru it)?

Oh theres not, especially in a town with a population of 6,000 people. Most are A$$ holes because of other reasons such as letting the power go to thier heads, They were abused children...the guy whos position I just took was literally run out of town...he was a major A hole!!!

I was taking practice exams for the week prior and missing 2 to 4, they have a variety of test, and wouldnt you know it I land one of the hardest. It had questions on it Id never even think of. On this one they only tell you your score if you fail, they give you a print out that shows which areas you excel at so that you know what you need to study. I had to take the online course due to how far Wickenburg is from Phx.
