Default reman turbo

Does anybody know of a good place to buy a reman turbo? I'm hearing some extra noise when towing and under heavy acceleration, usually starts around 1800-2000 rpm. I'm not positive it is the turbo itself or maybe a leak somewhere in the charge air system. I'm just looking around for stock remans in case the turbo needs to be replaced before long. I would put a performance turbo like BD or something, but I can't afford that right now and I don't need a lot more power, just stock power returned and then maybe a chip. I've found a lot of shops online that rebuild turbos or exchange turbos, but hardly anybody lists prices. Thanks for any help!

you could just have a leaking boot. . .pull them off and check them for cracks.
