I just traded in my 03 HEMI for an 04 CTD and it was the best thing I could have done. The HEMI was getting 15 mpg tops and the Cummins gets 15 mpg with my foot on the floor. The Cummins will retain its value much better than the HEMI. Believe me I just learned the hard way.[:'(]
