1st. gen. to second gen question

does anyone know if a transfer case off of a 94 manual ctd, will fit a 92 with the getrag? the splines and bolt pattern look close but???

now thats a good question and truithfully I dunno. . .as long as the splines are the same and the bolt pattern lines up you should be in buisness. . .only way to tell is to take one and bolt it up
