I agree with jake baja, you might wanna clean up the inside of that rad, it's starting to scale up pretty good. This may or may not have contributed to your coolant probelms ...

I think it's really cool how everyone has kinda gotten into the whole write up thing. It really is helpfull and informative.

 

Iwill see what I can dto clean that rad a bit.


ran it today on a 80 mile round trip. never heated beyond normal. replaced rad cap while I was out too.
