No black smoke on hard acceleration and no soot in or around the exhaust tip.
If you straight-pipe the exhaust, you'll void your warranty. That might not be the best (least costly to you) course of action given the already shaky track record for this new engine/emissions.![Wink](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Personnally, I'd take it in and let them service it under warranty even though it is an inconvienence. The warranty will run out soon enough...
