Default control arm

well, i was just informed that I need to replace the controll arm on my truck. hit the breaks and hit hit hard and hooked left. told the arm gave way..not broke, just worn out.

why not just swap the bushings? i did this on my jeep GC, 2000 ram and plan on doing it to my '05 if I dont get adjustable ones... each time I did it the front end & rear end (jeep) felt like new.
