I was told by my part mananager friend, that the service manual is a print on demand, manual. The publisher will print one out for you if you order one. I forgot how much it was. If I remember correctly, it was over $450.00. Actually it might have been closer to $600.00.

You can order a service manual on a CD-ROM part # 81-370-07059CD for $120 plus tax and shipping. Otherwise it is $450 or $70 I think for wiring diagrams.
The CD has everything and I think it is model specific. Go to the Dodge.Com website, click the "For Owners" button and at the bottom of the page in the middle panel is link to order service manuals. I got mine overnight.
You need a windows computer, and Internet Exporer version 6 (Vista, Internet Explorer V7, Foxfire, Safari or Mac won't work - ok Win2000 under Paralles on a Mac works).
The CD does have the wiring diagrams.
Good luck
