Pre or Post Turbo?

I'd go pre turbo... gives a better idea of what the motor is seeing. If you already know the post turbo #'s are cooler and your letting your preturbo temp drop to 300~320 (320 is my setting) then post turbo temps should be more than cool enough. if your check the flash point of the oil your using, you will know at what temp coking can start at... the higher the flashpoint the better. synthetics dont have a coking problem associated with them and are preferred for turbo applications for that reason...
