Keep in mind that I also do real estate & loans and 1 transaction can provide enough income for about a month.
Things must be different over on the West Coast. Here on the east NOTHING is selling !! My brother writes mortgages ( Countrywide ) and he's dieing on a vine over here.

Sucks ...

I dunno Steve, views like the ones in your album make me think twice about being stuck inside all day. I grew up on my Grandparents farm, I love being outside, being stuck inside on a nice day gives me the *******. I keep telling myself I need to do a little traveling and hiking, might have to plan some time in a few national parks and such to recalibrate. Until then keep the pics coming, they are a great motivation to get my **** going.

Nope Mayfair, it's dead as a doornail here... with the rate reduction however,I'm hoping things will pick up.

Cujo... I would go nuts if I couldnt get out. actually, thats what happend last summer. started out ok but then got stuck working on 2 empty rentals. got one of them sold, and the other became a black hole for my time. This year I should have approx 135 miles of hiking in after this weekend... last year, maybe 40~50 at the most.

Everyone needs to get out and enjoy the natural beauty and resources our country has to offer. It isdefinitely mind clearing.

Not everyone is fortunate enough to have have the Smokey Mountains or the Ponderosa in their backyards. . . but there are natural areas, parks and lakes everywhere. The point is to just get away when you can.
