Default installed Bully Dog PMT *new pics of truck*

this thing is amazing, had it on extreme and it will break loose 35's like nothing, almost lost it around corner from dead stop, cant wait to try out crazy larry but i admit im scared of it. gas mileage improvement was unbelievable, judging by the mpg computer in the truck i am in high 20's low 30's at 55 mph. unbelievable! i definately reccomend this unit. anybody else experienced this? would love to hear about the crazy larry download. and im also new so any thing i should be concerned about when i am adding this much horsepower

You should probably get some gauges if you don't have them already.

the PMT unit has built in Boost, 2 Pyro's (pre and post turbo), barometer, throttle percentage, coolant temp, speed, RPM's, intake temp, transmission temp. with 4 gauges viewable at once all the time i can monitor almost anything.

You will have tranny damage on Extreme if you keep runnin hard while stock. And you cannot view EGT's without installing a probe or probes.
Be careful or be sorry. The Bullydog uses rail pressure on extreme as well as timing advance and pulse timing of the injectors making for some HOT temps and extreme rail pressures. If your even trusting your overhead for mileage, than I've got some prime swamp land for sale cheap!
Isn't Hp great!
Cheers
Mike

go ahead and upload crazy larry. . .that loud pop you just heard after doing a boosted launch was your tranny input shaft grenading

I have had the triple dog for over a year now. I also love it. As far as MPG I get 3.2 MPG gain over stock, and yes this is done by hand over 10 tanks of fuel in everyday and HWY use. Crazy Larry is bad A$$. As Drew said you can trash the tranny if you get wild with it. The Bullydog makes alott of HP and torque as you now see. The few times I have ran it on the Crazy Larry I would take off at 1/2 - 3/4 throttle and get moving and easy in to it. Your tires will smoke for days if you dont and plus you will be alott safer on not breaking something. I do know a few that run it in every day use. But a word to the wise. Take it easy or it will break somthing.

thanks for confirming my fears about the crazy larry download, i think i will stay away from that but just knowing that it is available is cool enough for me. and as far as the overhead mpg reading, it seemed to be pretty accurate when i was stock, its there for a reason, it mustcontain some sort of accuracy or that hole might as well be filled with a licorice dispenser.

i will post pics of my truck and its"stuff" this morning. stand-by..........
