I had to replace 2 tires under their off road warranty, the phoenix shop accused me of vandalizing tires, but the mesa store replaced them after discussing the cause of the defect. Any way so much for the no questioned asked as stated in the warranty.

I was accused of vandalizing tires in the Austin, Texas store a few years ago, as well. I bought new and visited a $wheelparts while in Houstion, and was taken care of. I have never been back. The Pro Comp Mud Terrains were horrible. No store or product is perfect, but customer service is what seperates Good from the Best, IMHO!

since this thread is still active... I should mention...

was flipping thru this months issue of Off Road Adventures Mag and checked on the pricing for my size tire since they are having theire buy 3 get 1 free month sale and notice they jacked up the price of the tires by $30 bux each. they were $330 ea, now they're $360 ea. Not good if you ask me. if they're going to have a sale, why not just do a 20% off sale or something like that instead of showing us an increased price for their current promotion... anyways... just thought I'd point that out. I'm so happy I found the extra set I have in the garage used for $400 bux (approx 2500 miles on them)... steal of a deal...

well, i know many people who have had a good experience and found many good deals there. And as you well know, disappointed people are much more likely to post negative feed back than people with a good experience. Seems like a good site but theres usually other factors to consider.
