Where are all the grease nipples on ram 2500?

Default Where are all the grease nipples on ram 2500?
On a 2004 dodge ram 2500 where are all the grease nipples. i see none on the driveline. Are they all up front on suspension, i havent looked yet?

i know there are two on the tie rods i just greased those yesterday..

I have plans to replace theOE 'lubed-for-life' components with greasables as they fail.
