thats wierd.... adding a shim? normally its just two coil spacers.. any aligning would be like a normal alignment on the rack..

Default RE: leveling kit questions

I dealt with same thing with my last truck and now my current one. Never heard of a shim, but on my last truck I only had 33's and the pull was still bad after an alignment, the tech told me that he could get the truck within specs and it would still not change the pull due to the tires. The only thing they can really adjust to any degree is the toe, so you can get even wear, which my truck now, is in bad need of. The only thing that was recommended was an after market ball joint on which ever side the needed the adjusting, and the price was reasonable just never did it. So thats next on my list, balance, rotation, and alignment, I'll see if I have to do the am ball joint.
