My friends has a 03 Hemi QC and he has been wanting to race my friends 01 Cummins which has bout 40,000 invested in it. Looks like an old ranch truck but can outrun alot of people. Well my friend with the cummins wanted for my friend with the hemi to take off cause he couldn't here his horn. With 15 lbs of boost and in 4wd, he shot like a rocket off the line and beat my friend by at least 7 car links. He has hit a 14.25 in the quarter. Thats a badass truck, he drives it several hundred miles to race it on the quarter and to tractor pull and he has placed 3rd in tractor pulls. Highest placing truck that was driven there, not towed.

used to have a HEMI...thought it was fast as ****.till i drove my buddys 6 spd 03 with about 15k invested and saw the smoke roar out in 6th and traded it for my truck now!...HEMIS BLOW!

 

I wouldn't put the hemi's down. I have seen quite a few running 12's even a 392ci Ram running low 12's. But bone stock or with an exhasut they are not that special.

 

I had a Hemi 06. not a bad truck for Gas. Actually great for a gas truck. but diesel and gas are two different classes and the price shows it

 

if i had the regualr cab short bed...with the hemi..i would love it...but would like it alot more with a cummins...but i had a 2500 hemi with 35s...and it was slow as crap...thats all i was saying..didnt mean to put down the hemis..i have drove a few SRT 10s that fly with the viper engine in a ram, and also a few chargers with the hemi...very nice!

 

thanks for stickin up for me lol its not that bad of an engine and when you cant affoard a diesel its a great second choice!

 

my brother wants to race me in his 04 single cab with a hemi in it. all he has is some flows under it. thats bout it. not really sure if the 6.7 can handle the little truck lol. wha yall think??

 

here friggin here man, RCSB FTW lol. I would kill for a RCSB CTD or hemi with a six speed manual. I'm getting a stiffy thinking about it lol.

 

I had the Hemi. Great motor. I would have still had it but I went for service and this was on the lot and I knew it was for me.
