I'm going to cry this winter. No cord or plugin close to dorms and dont feel like getting it stolen.Guess I'm napping in engine for a little while to let it warm up.

get a remote starter installed...my alarm system has a auto start feature that will fire it up for 5, 10 or 15 minutes IIRC, during the night. I dont live where it snows so it's not a problem for me.

Your fuel temp sensor and fuel heater are one unit on your fuel filter cansiter, on at 45 degrees; full (300) watts at 0 degrees; and off at 75 degrees +/- 8 degrees (F). Current is supplied via ignition switch and TIPM, your ECM is not involved with this decision.
