We have the same game up here where some counties have to and some don't....I just happen to be in a part that don't At least for now; our state is full of tree hugging liberals and I don't know how much longer they are going to keep the area breakdown running. Everytime I look at it there seems to be some change on the table that is going to make me put my cat back on.
