Can a trailer be re-sided ??
I was looking at a trailer yesterday for sale. I was really nice and clean, however the side of the trailer was pretty banged up. Apparently he had build some sort of screen room along side of it and it banged into the side of the trailer. It's dented up in a perfect U shape.
Anyway, it's a nice trailer but the dents kinda bother me a bit. Can it be easily re-sided? I already know it's beyond my skill level, so if it can, where would work like that be done and how much do you think it would cost?
Thanks in advance?

What kind of trailer? At first i was think a box trailer for a tractor... But now i'm thinking.... a ..... Camper? but either way.... should'nt be too hard... just need to know where to screw the new panels on... and oh.. the pain might be finding matching panels...
Sorry , yeah, i'ts a camper. A 24' camper. I'm not really concerned with matching the existing siding. I was thinking of just having the whole thing re-done in white.
Well... form over here.... IT's pretty nice..... The only thing i can think of is call a couple RV dealership and talk to the service department and they should be able to tell you how to do it... and how easy and or hard it would be...
i dont think its like siding like on a house i think its just aluminum and you woudl fix it like a car dent.... y not get one of these

Sure contact maker or local RV dealer to find where you can get the material, there screwed together, so take it off and use the piece to cut the new to fit.
I replaced the whole side of mobile homes from wood rotting away, all it takes is time, but ware gloves, that metal will bite.

Like I said Herb, I already know this job is beyond me. Perhaps I'll contact Camping World about the job.
59, I'm still gonna keep my other trailer. I'll still need something to haul my scoot around in when needed. I was just looking for something a little bigger with a bathroom in it. Getting outta bed and peeing in the woods in the middle of the night is gettin kinda old.
