I am in Covington all the time, I will have to check it out. According to the test results Stanadyne is just as good as amsoil or 2 stroke and its cheap. I decided against the Opti-Lube XPD because its $50 for a gallon shipped which comes out to around $5 a tank.
This article has been around for a while. Another forum member pointed out before that the folks at Opti-Lube sponsored and did the test, maybe they were a little biased?
16oz of Power Service and 8oz of 2 stroke. . .I went without addatives for 2 tanks recently and my truck shook worse than someone quitting crack cold turky.[:@]
Drew I thought the brew consisted of 16oz PSD and 8oz MMO? Did you change it recently or did I just read wrong? And what do you mean when you say 2 stroke just any oil that you can use to mix fuel?
yea. . .I pretty much changed it when the 2 stroke helps lube things better than MMO. . .and any two stroke will work. . .just make sure to get the ashless stuff.
