Your not going to beat the bio diesel on price, there is no added price! I am runing B20 and get better mileage and MPG improvements over anything else that I have tried so far.

Nothing IMO... I still use it from time to time. I've found I'm using less additives ona regular basis. Like Charles (DBLR iirc) I no longer see any difference in smoothness of the motor with 70k on the clock when using 2 stroke or MMO...

I just want to know what can/will happen if I use more than B5 in my 3rd gen? The Shell stations here are selling B20 now. I'd like to try it, but don't want to scrooge my engine up. Is the higher bio content stuff only runnable in the earlier gen trucks?

Very interesting, I guess my brew (Howes + Lucas) is out the window in favor of Bio.

BT... I have run b20 in my '05 and had excellent results. I wish I had b20 local... I'd run it often.

According to the test results MMO actually reduces the lubricity of the diesel. A member questioned MMO about this on their message board and had his post deleted. I used it for years in my old truck (mixed a half a qt with every oil change) and that truck now has almost 200k miles on it and still runs like new. I would use it again in that same way but I am not using it anymore in my Cummins.

Hey Speakle, I know your in the area around here...........when you can, go check out Covington Fuel Injection, and talk to Frank. He rebuilds diesel fuel pumps everday. Ask him what he recommends for a fuel additive. Stanadyne................I'll use no other.
