Default Edge Juice/Attitude

Does anybody have any input, either positive or negative, on the Edge Juice/Attitude module in the 2006 4X4 Mega Cab with 5.9L diesels?

Everyone that I know of who has an Edge loves it. i know I do. Give Kenny a call - he'll hook you up. Feel free to let him know that I sent ya ( Donny ) Keep in mind that Edge right now is offering a rebate program on the Attitude.

Here's Kenny's website ...

Iam running the Edge "Hot" juice with attitude and it is unreal, I havent found anything to complain about yet and have run it for a year and a half now. Do not go with the "Hot" box until your tranny can hold it. Stage 3 on the hot box is what stage 5 was on the standard Edge. It is a night and day differance.

I just got mine installed this past weekend and LOVE IT! I have been running its on Stage 3 and really enjoy the extra power. The auto seems to be more certain of what gear it wants to be in, its not skipping around with shifts any more. Also, the added safety of all the things it can monitor are great as well. I say PURCHASE! Install is easy, wiring is clean... its a well thought out unit. My only complaint about the Attitude monitor is that it doesnt have any dimming feature when you turn on the head lights at night, but you CAN dim it manually 1 step darker, and then off. Let us know what you think when/if you get it! Any other questions feel free to ask...

Edge is a great programmer, especially with the attitude monitor. I have had only one problem with the box and I have done many, many, many installs. The truck in question would not shut off. It had been on the truck about two years. Unplugged the box and it shut off. Plugged the box back in and all was fine.

EGT you have to install a sensor for, the rest of the stuff it reads right from the truck when you plug into the OBD port

I have got the wife convinced to condense all of our current in cab thingies into one. She knows in order to get the 5er she wants next spring we need to get the edge and an exhaust brake. That stuff is all coming over the winter, but the best of it is that I have convinced her that when we do get the edge we are getting the A2 monitor because it has the TomTom Nav, backup camera and all the gauges built in digitally. We will then sell our TomTom go 910 we already have. I just told her, "You want that big of a trailer, I need this topull it effectively" I am even considering a Torque converter upgrade over the winter as well. As soon as our Fleetwood sells we a gonna be setting pretty for upgrade monies!!

I love my Edge Juice. No problems here with my slush box, but I don't beat on it and I don't go above 3. Once the slush box goes the way of the buffalo, then I will get a built up tranny and get the unlock code for thehot version.
