I played basketball all through school and started when Anfernee Hardaway was big, so my friends someohow came up with Frone from Anfernee and Frone stuck with me, and still get called that. When I had my first kid 7 years ago I added daddy to it = Fronedaddy.

The whole frog thing came from my maiden name. I'm the youngest in the family so that is where the lil came from.
