To cool - - I love the RR my grandpapa (and no I didn't say it that way totry to make you feel old) was a Sleeping Car conductor w/ the Milwaukie (and everything they were before and after that) for years. It is my favorite way to travel (even though Amtrak is funny).

 

That's cool. At 27 I do feel old (laughs). Ive pulled passenger trains but never riden in the back before.

 

I once had a silverline muffler and tip. And then succeeded in ramming a T post through it and leaving it somewhere in a pasture in central Kansas.

 

I've used the nic " Bigriver " due to the fact that I work on the Mississippi River. I'm a Louisiana state pilot for the route between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Been working on the river for over 32 years, and have called this place home for a long time. Sometimes I feel safer out on the river than I do on the highway !
