Default Upgraded

Well I ditched the 32's in favor of 35's.

Yes I know, this thread is useless without pics, they are coming

I stayed with the ProComp XtremeAT because they are so damn quiet on the road and seem to wear very well. I had to trim the front fender wells so the 35's would not rub at full lock, even with my 3" procomp lift and snow plow prep package.

The Bad:

The Speedo is way off now and I have to use my little Garmin GPS as a speedo. Its about 3-4 miles off around town and 5-8 miles off at highway speeds (70mph is really about 77 or so). No real good way to correct this since dodge nerf'd the tire size thingie in the ECM with 06s.

The steering is a bit quicker now, even with the new ball joints making the truck a little twitchie, but its not bad at all.

The Good:

At 70mph (GPS) I am turing about 1700rpms. I know around town will kill the mileage benefits, but its nice to be well below 2 grand at 70mph.

I notice Zero power loss with larger tires.

And of course it no longer looks like a pregnant rollar skate.

So far I am very happy with the upgrade.

your tuner cant adjust the speedo?? i think you can get something from 4wheelparts to adjust it if you wanted... but as you mentioned pics would be nice!
