Default 6.7 2500 dodge ram problem

Trucks back to the dealer again for malfunction light. Sixth time in three months. Lights been on ten times. My recommendation is to stay away from this new engine!

it is mostly emissions issues that are being worked out right now. the engine itself seems to be doing pretty well. . .but time will tell on the EGR.

Time for them to get it right, or time for the 3rd party people to figure out a way to get rid of that ridiculous EPA garbage?

Just picked up truck. Bad o2 sensor this time. Dealership had to order new one. Will o2 sensor affect fuel milage? I dropped from 15 to 13 around town after the light came on this time. Any info greatly appreciated.

It is very possible that any engine orexhaustsensor could cause fuel economy issues. The ECM uses input from these sensors to figure out it's fueling strategy, part of which is used for regens.
