Default Starting Problem

The day after I installed my cool down timer, my truck didn't want to start. Do you guys think that they are related? It also happened to be during the first cold night of the season down here. The day before, I emptied my filter canister and changed the filter. It still doesn't like to make cold starts. Could my lift pump have taken a dump? I just got a fuel pressure gauge and am sending it back for an electronic one so it is not installed. I'll give more details if anyone needs them. Thanks

How many miles? I wouldn't think the lift pump is the problem on an 06, could be how the turbo timer was installed. I'd go back and recheck all electrical connections, just my .02

i had remote start installed a month ago. all was fine until i went to start it tonight. I hit the button on the remote and nothing. my remote said it was running and the 20 minute timer began but my truck wasnt running. so i went outside and hit button again. NOTHING. it tuned over a brief few seconds but didnt fire. so i went inside truck and manually used the key and Voila it started. The temperature was -1 celcius but still. Could it be the cold weather? i didnt have it plugged in yet but shouldnt need to until -15 celcius.
