Hi guys, sorry if there is a post of this already. I'm lookin to get a chip/programer for my truck, I have a 03 with the 5.9 CTD. I really can't decide between the two.1- edge w/attitude or 2- bankssix gun w/power pda.Personaly my self i'm leaning with the banks becouse of all the safety features, and the functionality with the PDA but I would like to get some input from u guys.

i dont like banks near as much as i like my edge! most will say that!

 

I don't know of anyone on here with the Banks PDA there is a whole bunch of people with the Edge and nobody is complaining. I would buy mine over again.

 

of the two. . .go with the edge box. . .then stack it with a smarty

as long as your tranny can hold and your EGT's dont get too hot she'll hold together just fine.

 

and if they start to go get an hd tranny and a new turbo setup

 

just picked the truck up friday with a $2200 upgraded tranny to all billet stuffbut drew knows, even driving it hard with the edge just for a little while on stage 5, my EGTs get up there FAST!!!! maybe a new turbo next!

banks is very nice but i belive they are over priced. you are paying for a brand name. i dont have the edge ez but i like mine it gets the job done.
