RE: pictures of YOUR manual lockout hubs
DTR doesnt like outside links I guess I've measured and they stick out exactly 2 inches past the face of the hub cap. Just weathering a guess here from your signature pic with the offset of your tires Steve it'd probably be pretty close to flush with your sidewalls.

yeah that is what I was thinking.while considering the stock tires coming close to thefender edge, if you look at my flares they are 2" wide so theywould probably be within the rim width. the offset on them is 4.5". would be a good argument for keeping the existing tire setup. have been considering swapping rims over to one that would tuck the tire back closer to the edge of the fender and going to a 35" tire.

RE: pictures of YOUR manual lockout hubs
Could someone post pics of the hub without the center caps? I know this is a pain, but it will help me visualize the hub from the rim out. Diesel Junky, I have posted an inquiry about getting someone to cut out the hole in my front hubcaps. Do you do it on a lathe? Not to sound picky, but I want to make sure this looks as stock as possible on my baby. This is the nicest truck I have ever owned and want to do this right. I will pay for quality, including a slight chamfer on the edge. Let me know.

http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/p...puser=48968eckThere's a link to my gallery at DTR. Pics with and without the hub caps are in there. Looks like a factory job on my truck. I didn't do chamfers and don't feel they are necessary in fact I think it's a mistake to chamfer the edgesbut don't know how to get that across to you in a forum without being able to show you why. I bored them out on the metal lathe in my shop. I no longer work in the trade but Iknow my way around machine tools well enough.
