You mean your neighbor is ignoring the great state of WA and there wonderful public services (read throwing money down the toilet) messages....'You may have the right to burn but please don’t ads??

 

We don't get those adds up here in. And last I checked (1-2 years ago) you don't have to get a permit. You just call and let them know that your burning.

 

must be nice not being under a burn ban/watering restrictions/almost under water rationing[:@]

 

I dont think western wa has ever had one of those except for a few burn bans in the summer.

 

must be nice. . .down here the Army Corps of ReEngineers have their head so far up their 4th point of contact that have allowed the two major lakes that supply water to nearly 3 million people to almost go dry all because there is an endangered mussle in Florida[:@]

at this rate most of North Georgia will be completely out of water in the next 80-100 days. then what will those mussles do???

 

Thats the eco freaks for ya. I say screw the endangered mussles. If they can't adapt fast enough too bad!

 

Jake, that sucks! I'd be pissed as well. but then again, last time I washed the truck I parked under a tree that left me with speckles [:@] then the dirt sticks to it making it even worse.

it will be interesting to see what happens in that time Drew... I've been in a drought situation before and it sucks. How long has it been since you've had any substanital rains?

 

Steve. . .it has been 05 since we had any sizeable rains that amounted to anything. Every year we are in a deficit mounting to around 10-12 inches. Even in 05 we still ran a deficit. the only time I know of that we had a surplus was '93.

right now the Govenor is fighting the fed's to back off the amount of water being released from the damn dams. but then the govenors of Alabama and Florida put in an injunction to keep us from getting our way. . .well, if there isnt any water to go through the damn dams then what are you gunna say. . .kind of a damned if you do damned if you dont thing.

 

stuff like that happens everytime i wash mine...ran mostly, mud my accident, pollen, grass, ANYTHING just happens to make its way onto my truck when its CLEAN...
