the speakers and DVD player will only run be about $600 from my buddys shop..so im pretty sure im gunna go that route instead of dropping 2k! As for yoter...it means toyota! lol.......

bigriver..thats a nice one? solid front? 22R or 22RE?

WE rock and I Rock are great compitions....They used to compete here in TN and KY at Jelico and Harlen a little bit. My friend who passed away this summer Todd Yelton used to crawl with them on SPEED channel for Rock Star crawling.... cant wait to start building?

 

It's a 1992, it doesn't have a solid front axle like out Dodge's, and I want to say it's the 22R engine. Great little truck for what I do with it, just wouldn't want to take it out for dinner on Saturday night !

 

thats awesome..im pretty sure im gunna go for a 22RE and also get around a 82 - 85 with the solid front axles.....will be sweet from rock crawling...at least to start with!

 

I don't think your gonna find a 82 - 85 with a 22re unless you plan on putting one in or find one with it already in. I think they started the 22re in the 90's, I could be wrong though.

 

i forgot to put that..i am going to but a sold axle and then put the motor in..my bad...yeah i think ur are right...atleast most of what I have seen have the 22r..but i have seen alot of crawlers with the 22re

 

I am a kenwood fan personally as far as decks go, then its just matching the speakers to your deck and you listening style. You can spend alot on speakers and if they don't perform the way you want them to its a waste. Look at frequency response ranges and ohm ratings.

 

what would be cool is to find a "L" series engine for the Yoter, like a 2L or a 3L I think it was those were the diesel engines.

As for the yoter go with the straight axle with bout a six inch left but no blocks
go with all new leaf springsand then add36's and air lockers bob the bed
about 6 inches and an external rollcage and u have yourself a pretty badass toy
