Today I got off work at noon and decided to crawl under the truck to get a better idea of it. There was a skid plate over the transfer case I pulled it off, 13mm socket and 4 bolts. then got the idea to paint it. I went to local auto part store and got a can of paint and carb cleaner and I was off. I painted it red using engine paint 7 coats then put a coat of hard shell turtle wax to sort of act as a clear coat. I painted the four bolts silver just to look different. It looks better under there in my opinion. I will get pics tomorrow. There is a bar that it bolts up too I want to paint also. I originally wanted to powder coat a lot of stuff under the truck including a-arms but the paint came out pretty nice. if it holds up I will jsut use that and save the other money for mods.
