Default 02 3500 + stacks

Can stacks be installed when a fifth wheel will be in use or do I need to go a normal exhaust route? Its a 02 3500 dually

I dont see why not. At worst get a slider hitch so you dont have to worry about hitting them in tight turns. But I dont think you will have to worry about that. The only down side would be a really sooty front of a trailer.

Go to a parkin lot and jackknife your rig and measure the distance between the cab and front of the 5th wheel...then you'll know if you can or how big....

You gotta long bed or short?

Hope you like black on the front of that thing like squirt said...lol

O didn't know that thanks for the info, we can get 90 degrees jake knife outta our shortbeds with our 5th wheel so he should be able to fit stax witha long bed, thats over a foot extra lenth...

What kind of 5th wheel are we talking about, if it's a camper I wouldn't want the soot either. But, if it's some sort of utility of flatbedtrailer the soot wouldn't be a concern for most.

my buddy hauls a goose neck with 7 inch stacks in his short bed 04 3500 dually...

Thanks for the info. Yea I didnt even think bout the soot problem so it probably wont be getting stacks. Its a racecar trailer. My next question is I was told there is a silencer in these turbos that is easily removed. Is this true and will it create any problems if done?
