John Young was a hell of an astronaut, even if he was a Navy guy. He was still an active astronaut flying 'chase' for the shuttle landings in the early '90s. My sister works for NASA and said he was a nice guy to work with.

I seen him when I worked at Martin-Merritta, we were making the ball ***** the shuttlemates with to feed fuel from the extrenal tank.

He is our home town hero, and is a down the earth nice guy from allI heard said about him.

We spent the day there today replacing the knockdown someone put in ther years back with a sponge looking texture more with the period of the house, it was in a high dollar part of town even back in 1945
