Default battery cable for 1st gen ctd

if ya have a 1st gen ctd, you may find that the positive battery cable is very hard to locate.

napa, carquest, checker. nor autozone could find nor did they list one for my 93 ctd.

I found mine at DODGE .

these cables are so huge, replacement clamps will not fit properly.

do I need one???

broken terminal clamp, or corroded cable.

the cvable is about a 3/0 or 4/0 copper. like a welding lead. the aftermarket replacement clamps are wayyyy tooo small for the cable .

I tried..

Dodge was the best way.

besdies. I have contacts at Dodge so I get good prices
