Is that why the forums have been kinda snaily for the last few days? Adding the "related topics" at the bottom of each post? For the record, I don't like em and i won't use them.

Related threads thing usually isn't for humans.Webmasters use it to strengthen their internal linking structure in an attempt for search enginesto crawl the website more.

Whether this new feature is the cause of the recent slowness, I don't know, but it may put more load on the server to search for additional related threads.
