Do horses always stand up?

It looks so uncomfortable.

Horses stand up almost all of the time... even to sleep.

I thought maybe they slept standing up. I don't think I've ever seen one laying down. That must suck !!

I had a horse I could shake hands with and make bow, even was able to make him lay down. But yea they prefer to live standing up.

Thats one hell of a nice trailer. I'm sure it works for your purposes but I don't think it would do to well for hauling hogs. I generally haul a double deck 24 foot long. Load it up with a 100 + pigs and you got a lot of pork in there. I have never weighed it though.
