Default HVAC Question...

So I was driving in this morning with the heater on. I noticed it was getting cooler in the truck. I turned up the fan speed a little with no discernable heat coming from any of the vents. I tried switching the direction of the vents, but nothing was coming out. The fan works, but something seems like it is blocking the inlet to the fan. Any ideas? Could this be as simple as a burnt fuse? I really don't wan't to take it in for warranty work for something simple. As always, I appreciate your help!

HVAC in my opinion is always a PIA because its normally a PIA to get to... if you are under warranty and you are covered.. let them deal with it!! just my .02

the blend door is a known culprit of HVAC problems. another problem if you lost heat would be from the **** itself going out, or the mechanism that controlls the flow of engine coolant to the heater core. . .the latter of which is a PITA to get to.

Let the dealership play with it if they will do it for free, I've had mine apart, you have to drain the coolant, the refrigerant (AC system), and take your dash out.
