i too have thought about getting somthing like this for my truck because last winter i could of drove forever without my truck ever getting to the temp it would in the summer... but anything over 50$ always stopped me from buying one[sm=confused06.gif]

i do not remember where but i am almost certain that i seen one for sale on-line some where for 65-70 last year but i can not recall... knowing me its most likey ebay but i am not sure!

sounds like you should check cabelas then...lol I went in just wonderin on a block heater price and dealer tried to sell me a $250 winter kit (in FLORIDA!) not sure if it included anything extra then the block heater cord and winter front though....maybe a fuel heater...no clue

Nicky you just wanta bra on your truck so you can say you got on in there...

I'm in the process now of making one out of plexi that will fit in the openings of the grill. Those vinyl covers look nice, but I really think they are overpriced. Maybe Dave ( parts/service )can work something up for ya. Shoot him a PM

I thought about that but it was too much work. I just made a cardboard template for a piece to go behind the grill and cover the whole thing, then cut it out of black expanded plastic sheeting (basically plastic cardboard). I used about 12 zip ties to secure it to the grill. You cant' even tell it's there unless you get close and see the zip ties.
