Default 15.9 MPG today

With 9000 miles and AV flash yesterday I drove 65MPH for 100 miles on Interstate with cruise all the way and got 15.9MPG hand calculated. The overhead was mostly 17.0... Best I have gotten so far.[&:]

realy sounds like the 6.7's arent going to get the mileage the 5.9's did.

All that idleing is not good for your engine. You only need to idle a couple of minutes then baby it @ 1500 rpm's or less for a few miles.

Have you pulled the Cedar Creek much yet. My mileage slowly rose over the first 12-15K miles. It seemed to get better each week after towing my camper on the weekend. I'm now at 49K miles.

BTW, I filled up the other day and got 20.1 on the last tank hand calc. First full tank after a 500+ mile trip pulling the camper. Got 11.05 average for the trip while pulling.

We have made 8-10 trips with it. I had 06 Cedar Creek 36' before this Day Dreamer. We towed it with my 06" dually. http://www.gorowan.com/2006ram
