Give it time. I'm sure with diesel over $3 a gallon it will just get more popular.

This is the Cummins OEM statement in regards to the usage of Biodiesel in their engines.

I've used B20 in my vehicle and I love it. Doesn't harm a damn thing. I'm even trying to put together my own appleseed reactor to refine Waste Veggie Oil into BioDiesel. The only problems I've got right now are lack of time and it's just too friggin' cold up here. But his spring will be the time I do it.

What reading I've done on BioDiesel suggests that you should expect a bit of a "cleaning" effect in your fuel system. Tank, lines, etc. Make sure you've got an extra filter or 2 and be ready to change them if you should need it.
