I was looking around and saw an ad for the MSD Dash hawk. Looks like a pretty neat way to monitor your truck without worrying about warranty issues. I am trying to find out if you can use it to monitor the three Pyrometers already in the 6.7 from the factory.

 

check with their website on that. Also double check your truck is a CAN bus (they tell you how to check on their site)... this will not work on any other interface, CAN only. IIRC, the '08's have to be CAN compatiable, just not sure about the '07's.
