Ok back to the orginal question here...how to make picture files smaller in size....
If you've got a recent version of Microcr@p Office you can use Microsoft Office Picture Manager also. Lets you set the picture to almost any size you need with out hurting the quality. Most cameras come w/ a CD that has picture editing software on it. Should be able to do it with that also.
If you still have problems shoot me a email w/ the pictures and I'll shrink em down for you.
