Who needs a tailgate spoiler?
I have a new/take-off tailgate spoiler that was taken off a 2007 1500. If you want it, call me, its a $54.00 retail item. Can be yours for $40.00 with free shipping to Continental USA. I have no bolts or retainers so you will have to supply attaching parts.

any guess as to how hard it would be to retro-fit to a 2nd Gen Ram 1994-2001 ?
I know is it not really possible to know
but assume the owner was willing to use liberal amounts of RTV underneath it
and was willing to use a die grinder to shape its underside if necessary....

DC out these little added plastic peices on the 1500's, it acts kinda like a spoiler, where is has a lip that extends out beyond the plane of the tailgate slightly. It is said that they were a dsign function on the 1500's to improve mileage slightly....

Tried it on a 2nd gen today. It actually fit pretty good, but it gets in the way 0f pulling the tailgate handle fully open. Might could be trimmed to work.

Parts / Service, I got one from my local dealer yesterday (take off) gratis. Do you know if the mounting hardware is available alone or should I just improvise?
