I went ahead and ordered a 65 horsepower quadzilla chip for my dad for Christmas. Anyone running this box, and how do you like it? I ended up paying $275.00. Is this about what they sell for.

I have it and am pleased with it. Tell your Dad to stop by an auto parts store and pick up a tube of Dielectric grease and use it on all the connections when he installs it. The only problems I have had have been related to the connectors and the grease helps that out. He will like how it affects the truck.

Quad has started doing what some of the other performance guys have. They set a minimum sales price and if a dealer sells for less and gets caught they are no longer a dealer. If that price included shipping you got the best deal possible.

I also meant to ask how much torque is this box good for. The brocure just said 140 horse and 290 ft. lbs torque, but i know that is for the different box.
Thanks

I don't know what it is supposed to do, but look at my sig and you can see what my truck puts down to the ground.IF you assume 20% driveline losses from the crank, then it makes up for that and still adds a couple ponies and some torque.
