Shocks

Thinking of buying new shocks on my truck, which ones do you guys recommended? One of my buddies said he purchased Hydraulic shocks, any comments...

are RANCH shocks good adjustable or not? or just get OEM ones from Dodge?

I had edelbrocks on 3 trucks and they worked awesome. I currently have the bilsteins and they are also awesome.
